SHIPPING / RETURN POLICIES

We pack and ship all orders within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) using USPS Priority 2–3 day service. Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking info—just give it up to 24 hours to update.

While we do our best to ensure every package arrives safely, Scout & Gem is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages once they’ve been handed off to the carrier. If your package is lost or stolen, please reach out to your local USPS to file a claim.

If your order arrives with damaged items, email us at helloscoutandgem@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery. Be sure to include your order number and photo proof of the damage so we can make it right. We’re unable to offer replacements without images.

For in-store purchases, we accept exchanges or refunds within 14 days of the original purchase with a receipt, as long as the item is in unused, and in it's original condition.
