SHIPPING + RETURN POLICIES
PROCESSING TIME: 
  • All orders have a processing time of 3-5 business days (This excludes weekends and holidays) and are then shipped via USPS Priority 2-3 day service. 
  • Once your order has shipped you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to be updated.

 

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGE:

  • Scout & Gem is not responsible for any lost, stolen or missing packages once they are in the hands of the carrier. In the instance that your package is lost, stolen or missing, you will need to file a claim through your local USPS office.
  • If you receive a package with broken items, you may submit a replacement claim to us via email: helloscoutandgem@gmail.com — PLEASE INCLUDE PHOTO PROOF OF DAMAGE. We will not be able to replace without proof of photo. 

 

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

  • We are happy to exchange an item if there is something wrong with the order or if there is a product defect. Exchanges will only be honored if requested within 10 days of delivery by emailing helloscoutandgem@gmail.com with your order number and 'exchange' in the subject line. PLEASE INCLUDE PHOTO PROOF OF DEFECT. We will not be able to replace without proof of photo.
